Small Business or Nonprofit Vendor Info

Nonprofit and informational resource vendors have a reduced vendor fee of $50 to table from Noon to 4PM, during our family-friendly programming period.
Vending space for all other vendors is from Noon to 8PM.
$75 fee for product/ service vendors, including creatives.
$100 fee for food vendors.

Each application will be reviewed to ensure we stay within capacity and ensure a proper fit for this event.
Upon approval, you will receive email confirmation and can make payment in the payment form at the bottom of this page.
All vendors will receive an email approval notification no later than May 23rd!

Once payment is received, your spot is confirmed!!
*Payments are non-refundable.
-Final event and set-up information will be provided to you a week before the event
